Dawn Lilly is the owner of Models & Talent National, a Pittsburgh based casting company that currently has a database of over two-thousand registered models and actors nationwide. She has four years experience as a former licensed talent agent and currently is actively pursuing career opportunities as a casting director. Her most recent project entails casting principal lead and supporting roles as well as over 300 background roles for a SAG feature with a production and distributioin budget in the Millions. She is also a talent producer for Demand Media. Dawn is on the Board of Directors of Women In Film and Media as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Film Commission and volunteers time to the community to support the growth of the local entertainment industry and pursues active involvement. Each year she has a personal project that she created called Project Evolution (evolving what we do to benefit others). In 2010 Project Evolution held a two-day fashion benefit at the Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre with over one hundred people behind the scenes (artists, models & sponsors) to raise funds and awareness for the Homeless Children’s Education Fund. Everyone involved in this event volunteered their time and services. Dawn Lilly also has a fifteen year legal assistant background bringing, legal and contract knowledge, high standards and ethics to her work in the entertainment industry. She recently started a free shadow training program for those desiring to be a casting assistant. Finding there was no official casting assistant training program in the United States, she decided to take her experiences and learning and teach and mentor others having the same goals through shadowing. Privately, she is a single mother, enjoys reading, self learning, personal enrichment & growth, and spending time with friends and family. Her signature in every email, a quote she wrote, is intended to define to her readers, her goals and aspirations, character and intended contributions in this industry, “You are embarking on a journey of passion, perseverance, endurance, discipline, respect and ethics of the highest standards – the philosophy, heart and soul of Models & Talent National”.

Kendra Fitzpatrick joined Models & Talent National as casting assistant in 2011. She is excited to work with Dawn Lilly and looks to her as a role model. Kendra’s motto in life is to “Dream Big and Never Settle.” Kendra left a small town in West Virginia to pursue her dream of acting. To date, Kendra has worked on five feature films. Her current projects include casting for a reality show. Kendra recently began managing her 9 year old daughter’s acting and modeling career whose first movie assignment was “Steel Town” starring Holly Hunter, Maggie Gyllenhall, and Rosie Perez. Kendra decided to take her experience in the entertainment industry one step further by helping others pursue their dreams in acting and or modeling. Kendra exhibits passion, drive, determination, and charisma. She has proven these traits, while balancing parenthood, working full-time, attending college, and motivational writing. Kendra has over 10 years of experience in customer service. She has a passion for networking, meeting people and learning new ideas in the industry. A recent college graduate, Liz is excited to get started as a Casting Assistant for Models & Talent National. She is ambitious and enthusiastic, and looks forward to digging deeper into the industry. After interning with Pittsburgh events and promotions company, Nakturnal, Liz has had experience behind the scenes of various events and enjoys the feeling of seeing it all come together. She has promoted for many events throughout Pittsburgh including those for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, and the Three Rivers Arts Festival. More recently, she is delighted to have the opportunity to travel to Miami this summer, where she will work as a volunteer staff member for Mercedes -Benz Fashion Week Swim. A Pittsburgh native, she is excited and confident that the city has wonderful things in store for it in the up-and-coming years. Liz is a strong believer in following dreams and making the most of what life has to offer. Tattooed on her arm are some of her favorite lyrics, “So here I am, it’s in my hands, and I’ll savor every moment of this”. She takes the lyrics to mean that you are in control of where your own life is heading, and to ultimately stay positive and make the most of it.

June Letia is the owner and operator of Jl Castings in Philadelphia, Pa, with over 15 years experience in the entertainment industry. She attended Weist Barron Ryan in Atlantic City, NJ in 1997 for stage presentation workshops and Fashion Rock 2004 in Orlando, FL for talent management training. Her job titles have ranged from fashion runway model, hostess and spokes modeling to talent manager, agent and casting assistant.
